Arm: With the arm at the side, place one end of the tape measure at the nape of the neck and measure to the shoulder and down the arm to the wrist.

Chest: Place the measuring tape up under your arms and over your shoulder blades in back and chest in front. Breathe normally and leave a finger between the tape and chest. Take that measurement and round up to the nearest inch.

Waist: Wrap the tape measure around your natural waistline. Keep the tape comfortably loose.

Inseam: To measure your inseam, find a pair of pants that fit you the way you like and then measure the length from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg. If you are purchasing pants you intend to machine wash, we suggest you add one inch to account for shrinkage.
